I need to create an Excel spreadsheet where cells may contain either 'Y', 'N', or 'N/A'. I need a formula that will add one to a total for each 'Y' to total all 'Y's, add one to a total for each 'N' to total all 'N's, and add one to a total for each 'N/A' to total all 'N/A's. The result will give three totals. Please help.

I can't recover my Google account because it's showing a location in Orlando, FL, and I'm in Port Lavaca, TX. The device shown is an Android 10, but I'm using a Moto g stylus 5G - 2023. I've had to do a factory reset last week and have changed my password at least 20 times in the past 6 months. I suspect I have an Evil Twin Wifi or my solar is hacked, and I'm forbidden from changing my Voicemail greeting. What can I do to recover my account and address these issues?
