I need to delete my deceased father's Yahoo account so I can access my own account, which shares the same phone number. I have been unable to access my account since yesterday due to the account key change, and entering my phone number brings up my father's account. How can I resolve this issue?

Yesterday, a Microsoft page appeared on my laptop, prompting me to change my password and buy a newer edition of Microsoft. After changing my password and deleting the message, I can't access my emails or any other non-Microsoft accounts. My computer is a Lenovo IdeaPad U510 with a Microsoft operating system.
