I think I have been robbed. A month ago, I received a message on my screen claiming to be from Microsoft, stating there was a problem and to call a number. I called and was told my computer was compromised by Russia and to buy $300 in gift cards to fix it. This is the second time this has happened. I have an HP Laptop from QVC, and I want to ensure my computer is protected. I need to get my money back and ensure this computer is protected. What can I do?

Does this cost anything? I have a Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series with an unknown operating system. I get an error message when trying to open a page on Amazon.com, stating that Internet Explorer has stopped trying to restore the website due to a problem. What can be done to resolve this issue?

I am having audio problems with my Microsoft webcam on a Windows 10 Intel NUC desktop. The webcam's video is working fine, but people cannot hear me during Skype sessions. I have tried disabling and then enabling the device, and adjusting the microphone volume in the recording settings. The microphone indicator shows activity when I speak, but the issue persists. How can I resolve this?
