I need to pay my Prime account and possibly my Kindle. I received a notice that my account is to be canceled, and I thought I had changed the card to a different one. I'm an elderly person and find dealing with computers very confusing. Can you take the payments, and how do I get to tech support? I don't like using the computer to contact businesses.

I have a YouTube channel that I started with a Proton.me email but want to change the ownership to a Gmail account. I have already converted my account to a brand account, created a new channel with my Gmail account, moved the channel, sent an invite, and accepted the Gmail account as a manager. It has been 9 days since I initiated the transfer, but I cannot see my Gmail account as an owner under my brand account associated with the Proton.me email. What should I do to resolve this issue?
