I need to get my bill sent in the mail to me. My husband had been previously paying the bill online, but due to memory issues (Alzheimer’s), he can no longer remember how to do this. A reminder came in the form of a text that our bill is past due in the amount of $291.07. I would like to clear this up immediately by sending a payment, but I do not know where to mail the payment and I do not have an account number. Can you please help me to get this changed to mailing our statement? Our address is: 2037 Old Oaks Dr, Gautier, MS 39553. Is there any way I can actually speak to someone about this matter?

Is service executable a necessary thing? Zone Alarm is blocking it, causing a pop-up window asking for internet access. I refuse since I'm not sure about this. What should I do?
