I need to set up an account for visitation of an inmate using the Secures Tech app on my Android phone. When I try to enter a 4-digit PIN, it refuses it and asks for a 10-digit phone number, which I also can't input. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I'm having multiple problems with my phone, including numerous pop-ups from various apps like boosters, cleaners, security, files, optimizer, and managers. I suspect I have viruses on my Android phone. Additionally, I can't log into any of my email accounts, receiving a message that says 'Authentication required. You need to sign in to Google account' from Google Play Store, which also says 'something went wrong' when I try to log in. Who's your email provider? Does this Gmail account have a recovery email address associated with it?
