My Amazon Prime account is not allowing me to access Prime Video on my TV. I have tried using a backup or recovery email address and logging in on other devices, but it still doesn't work. I also had a Comcast technician visit recently, and I'm wondering if something was affected during that visit. What should I do to resolve this issue?
