I ordered a new phone on Friday and switched to Verizon with my new phone. Since then, I have had no cell service on my old Verizon prepaid phone, unable to call, text, or log in to my Verizon account. My password is not working, and I can't connect with anyone. Why has this happened, and what can I do to restore service?
