When I get a call, the green and red dot appear on top of the phone. When I press the green dot to answer, it cuts me off and goes to red. This is happening on my phone, not the computer. The phone was fine until this morning. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

I am trying to load Norton LifeLock, but it won't load. I have the key and suspect I may have a virus. Additionally, I want to turn off restrictions on my iPhone XR to install some apps, but I can't find where to do that in the settings.
