I ordered shoes from Gatsby Shoes nearly two weeks ago, and they were supposed to arrive on Tuesday. However, USPS informed me that my order is being held for counterfeit postage and will not be delivered. I have not received any communication from USPS explaining why my order is being held. Since I have paid for the product, I would like to receive a replacement. What should I do?
