I ordered Uber Eats for my son with extra priority, but the delivery took over an hour and the food was cold. I called the delivery man multiple times, and he kept saying he was 5 minutes away, but that was not true. The journey from Fremantle to my location is only a 10-minute drive. I am on the pension and couldn't get home to cook for my son, so I ordered Uber Eats, which was a waste of $40. I want to be refunded. Did you contact Uber customer support regarding this issue?
