I paid for a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription on 12/11/22 and received a renewal notice for 01/25/23. I spoke with a representative who canceled the subscription due on 01/23, but when I access my account, I only see the cancellation. The cancellation number is (###) ###-####. I have tried checking my expiration status through the Services & Subscriptions page, but I am still unable to see my active subscription. Can someone please help resolve this issue?
