I paid for OneDrive 1 TB and Office 365 with my Mastercard, but after my card was hacked and I got a new one, I paid 99€ for a year on 30-12-2020 with my new Mastercard. However, I still cannot use OneDrive or Office 365. Can you tell me what happened and why I have to pay again?
