I paid for Roku Channel and Roku Peacock, but it tells me I have to sign up again and I can't watch the streaming channels I used to watch. Why am I paying for it then? My WiFi signal strength is the same as before, and I have paid for the service all year without being able to watch. I don't know how to restart my Roku player and router. I turned it on a week ago and watched for about 20 minutes without any problems, but now it says to start a 7-day free trial even though I have already paid this month.
