I paid for ZOOSK to continue using the service but forgot my password. When I try to retrieve it, the message never reaches my email. My email is *@.*. I was a member but left the account with time still running until November. When I came back, I couldn't get in, so I signed up again with more money, but that didn't work either. What should I do to resolve this issue?
