I pay $100 a year for a service and I want someone to fix this problem without having to pay for it. My computer is a Tosheba, and I don't know what the Operating System (OS) is. The issue has been going on for 3 months, and all I've done is shut it off. I am not willing to pay any more.

I just got my RCA W101SA23T2 tablet and when I hold down the power button, the logo does not come on. I have tried holding the power button for 20 seconds and plugging it into an outlet, but it still does not power on. What should I do?

I'm trying to find out if someone from 336(###) ###-####, who claims to be from HP and says I have some problems, is legitimate. He knows my sign-on, my laptop model, and my serial number. They have been calling for the last two weeks from different numbers. My laptop seems to work fine, and I'm not sure when the last OS update was. Is this a real HP number, and should I be concerned?
