The ad was for an item in excellent condition, with benefits such as relieving stress, aiding weight loss, and faster muscle recovery, along with aromatherapy, color therapy, and an inbuilt sound system. The item comes with original packaging and additional brand new robes and slippers. The reason for selling is downsizing the house. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I was using my Nikon D750 for a virtual class and accidentally tripped over the HDMI cable, causing the camera to stop working and display 'ERR' on the LCD screen. The camera also seems to be getting warm along the bottom. What could be the issue, and what would be the cost to replace the main internal board and HDMI connector if needed?
