I placed an order for a photostick on 13th November with a latest delivery date of 29th December. I've sought delivery updates multiple times and now believe the item isn't coming. I request a refund. Additionally, a $68 payment to JustAnswer was made to my credit card without my authorization, though I did authorize a $2 fully refundable payment. What should I do?
