I purchased 2 tickets for Van Gogh Immersion in Grand Rapids, MI, with a date on the tickets of July 18. However, the event closed on July 9. I was charged $74 for an event that isn’t available, and I want a complete refund. Additionally, I was charged $46 to talk to a tech support specialist. Why am I being charged for this service, and how can I get a refund for both the event tickets and the service charge?
