I purchased a Dell Inspiron Mini computer and had it modified by a friend who installed Google Chrome OS, which I don't like. I also have another computer with Windows 7, which I prefer. How can I replace the Chrome OS on the Mini with Windows 7? Can I do this myself, or do I need to send the Mini back to the company for this change, and if so, what would the charges be?

In Outlook 2007, the Mail pane is displaying messages with only the 'TO' and time fields, instead of showing 'From', 'Subject', and 'Date'. If I have 3 separate and distinct brands and I want to have a site built for consumers in the US, China, and France, why do I need 9 storefronts for 3 different languages?
