I purchased a Gateway laptop model NX860S, and over time, a lot of junk has accumulated on the system. I am considering reformatting the C drive and reinstalling the Vista OS. The only CD I can find is the MS Works CD. Is the OS system on it?

I have Stopzilla installed. When I turn on the computer, a 'runtime error' message for Stopzilla pops up, and the Stopzilla loading sequence doesn't come up. Am I still protected?

I have been warned of anomalous activity on my AOL account and need to reset my password, which requires the place of birth I used when I created the account over 20 years ago. I have tried multiple variations of my birthplace (Elkhorn, Elkhorn, Wisconsin, Delavan, Delavan, Wisconsin) but have only one more attempt left. How can I successfully reset my password without risking being locked out?

I am having problems opening Corel Designer files containing photos. Some files do not open at all, and the program either freezes or fails to close properly. Sometimes, clicking 'ignore' on a dialog allows me to open the document but without the photos. I am running Designer X4 on Windows 7. What can I do to resolve this issue?

On my site, there is a yellow circle indicating that I am a big-time user. I have only chatted and not met anyone in person. Can you remove that, and why would it be there?
