I purchased a new Apple MacBook Air on 7/12/2017 from eBay seller Geekdeal. I need the passcode to service the laptop, but the computer is stuck on a screen asking for a passcode that can be numbers or letters. I've tried resetting through Apple's online account reset tool and contacting Apple, but they can't diagnose the issue without the passcode. I also tried contacting Geekdeal through eBay, but they don't have a working number. What can I do to resolve this issue?
