I purchased a new iPhone and things weren’t transferred properly. I am unable to have the option of forgot password and I can't transition my Gmail account. I don't own another product that uses this same Apple ID, but my daughter has an iPhone. Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool? I was on with Apple and they sent me to you. Is there anything else the Apple Expert should know before I connect you?
