I purchased a second unit and am trying to set it up. Every time I enter my email for activation, it says my activation has expired, even if it's only a minute after I did it. I've tried unplugging and plugging the device back in, but the issue persists. Why does it say I'm trying to process a payment when the setup is supposed to be free, and how can I resolve this activation issue?
