I purchased an Acer computer with Windows 7 installed 2 years ago. Recently, I can no longer find Windows 7 on my computer and instead found an invitation to try Windows 2010 for one month. I sent $90 to Tiger Direct for a new Windows 7, but it only changed the format for watching movies. I also cannot find Microsoft Office to type letters, which I used up until 2 months ago. How can I resolve these issues?
