I purchased an Avgo TV model NP4P1 and had Spectrum (our internet provider) help set it up. They connected us to cable but not the internet. The TV is connected to a secondary cable box upstairs, while the modem is downstairs with the main cable box. I need assistance in connecting the TV to Wi-Fi using the Avgo TV remote so I can use YouTube and Netflix.
