I purchased an HP OfficeJet printer and am having trouble setting it up. I am getting a message that it is blocked, and I am trying to connect it to my PC. My PC is old, purchased in 2014, and I don't know when the printer driver software was last updated. I did not receive a USB cord with the printer, only a power cord.
