I can't access my primary Facebook account and am automatically logged into an old account instead. My desktop computer recently switched from Google Chrome to Microsoft Edge, and it wiped out all my icons. I've tried resetting my password and using the phone number associated with my account to receive a security code, but the code never arrives. Additionally, when I log out of the old account and try to log into my primary account, I'm immediately logged back into the old account. What can I do to resolve this issue?
