Is it okay to use the same ISBN for the CreateSpace, LightningSource, iTunes, Kobo, and other versions of my book? I've heard that it is better to use the same ISBN for print and ebook so that ranking and other data is maintained across many platforms for one title.

I have a Lenovo Ideatab that started running a diagnostic program, getting stuck on a 'Headset' section. The tablet is asking to press a 'headset KEY' which doesn't exist on my headset or the tablet. The power button is unresponsive, and I can't swipe or turn off the tablet from the diagnostic screen. What should I do to resolve this issue?
