I received a horrible, abusive email from my romantic partner, who denies sending it. Can someone hack into my email and send an email supposedly from him? Is it possible for someone to destroy our relationship by hacking and using someone else's email?

I use Outlook Express 6 and have a problem with my inbox. Once a message is read or categorized as read, it disappears when I leave and return to the inbox. I had saved several hundred messages, but they are now gone. The messages are still in the Inbox.dbx file, but I can't see them in Outlook Express. I tried using StellarPhoenix Outlook Express Recovery, but it only puts the recovered messages into a subfolder called 'Recovered Files.' I want to stop losing new messages once they are read and recover my old messages. Can you help?

I am attempting to access my monthly bill at the email site in Yahoo.com, but when I try to enter the site, multiple overlayed screens appear, locking the screen at the entry page. No amount of manipulation clears the problem, and I am unable to see or pay my bill. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Why can't my HP Photosmart Plus (printer, scanner, copier) scan a photo to my Windows 7 laptop? The computer says to go to Start, All Programs, Windows Fax and Scan, but there is no Windows Fax and Scan under All Programs under Start.
