I received a message asking for a copy of my picture ID, which I sent. I then received a message that I should get a response within 3 days. I've tried several times to send an order but it still says the same message. I sent in a photo of my driver's license, and it's been going on for several days. I was told that someone tried to use my debit card from a Houston location, which is why it was and still being denied. What specific product are you working with? How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far? Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you?

I have two TS Versaclimbers, and neither of their tablets (Lenovo, 1.5 years old) are working. I was told I need to do a master reset but can't figure out how. I've tried a hard reset, and both tablets went out at the same time. I always operate on offline mode. What should I do?
