I received a message from Google Chrome indicating someone tried to access my account. I attempted to change my password but encountered issues, including seeing two account names, one correct and one partially correct, and being unable to input anything during the process. Every so often, I get a message that says my session is not private. My computer is 4 years old and runs on Windows. I had antivirus software before this issue started, and after it started, I downloaded Malwarebytes, which identified and removed some threats, but I still get the message from time to time. What could be causing this and what can I do to resolve it?

My son accidentally deleted his recent work on a story he was writing in Microsoft Word 2010. We have tried recovery software but haven't had any luck. We also tried recovering text from any file in Word, but it only shows saved documents from earlier. Is there a way to recover the deleted pages or convert an unreadable file to normal text?

I have a PC and an Apple iMac. I have a Time Capsule connected to the iMac to continuously back it up. Is there something like that for a PC? Will it back up J base data running under Windows?

I think a scam is in progress. I received a message on my web browser from 'Support Buddy' with a contact number. I have a Dell computer running Windows, and I've only installed normal system updates. I believe I'm being scammed, but I haven't agreed to send them any money. What can I do to stop this harassment and ensure my computer's security?
