I received a message from my credit card bank asking me to verify a purchase of your product. Apparently, the payment didn't go through, and when I verified the purchase, I was told to contact you to resubmit the payment. I am writing to request this payment if you didn't receive it. Additionally, I was directed to JustAnswer.com for assistance, but it seems you are not affiliated with the company from whom the purchase was made. Why was I directed here, and what should I do next?
