I received a message that my payment didn't go through, even though I transferred more than enough to cover the amount. I tried to access my account but couldn't get in. I've tried resetting my password and contacting TPG customer care, but I still can't access my account. Are you receiving any error messages when you try to log in? Is there anything else the Computer Technician should know about your TPG account or the specific issue you're facing?
