Is this a legitimate Microsoft message, and what should I do to resolve the issue if my computer is running extremely slow?

My Facebook account is being canceled due to bad behavior, and I suspect it may have been hacked. I cannot log in, and I have checked my other online accounts for tampering. I am with the Knights of Columbus and we just bought a Square terminal. We are having trouble signing it up to begin taking credit cards. Can we use this device anywhere we take it, and is the Square terminal good anywhere using the cloud?
