I keep getting a message that the account isn't recognized, even though I've reset my password multiple times. The issue started about a week ago and only affects Microsoft services. I cannot print an attachment. When I click on the attachment, there is no printer icon available to click to print. The way I have always printed an attachment is to click on the printer icon above the attachment picture, but there is no printer icon above the picture. I have looked at everything I can see. How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB? Which browser are you using to access your email, like Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.?
