I received an email stating that a request was made to shut off my account. Is this a virus? I use Outlook for my email account, haven't installed any updates recently, and suspect it might be related to a former employee who seems intent on causing problems.

I have an Epson C84 printer. I changed the ink tanks with a set of recycled cartridges. Should I peel off the cellophane seal from the inlet port or let the printer's puncture tip do it? The printer shows full ink levels on the maintenance menu, but I'm not getting any output, even after repeated cleaning and nozzle check utility. What should I do?

When I went on my computer today, it was a new screen regarding Google and it was asking to set up a Google account. I complied and it changed my email account. I want to go back to my old email account and address but I'm unable to do so. What can I do to revert to my old Gmail account?

I need help with Outlook 2003 and system restore. My Outlook is used only as a contact database and calendar, and it's not connected to the internet.
