I received multiple phone calls from individuals claiming to be tech support and warning me about a serious security issue with my computer. They mentioned someone using my IP address in the USA. Is it normal for tech support to call me directly, and should I be concerned about these calls?

I want to have Panera Bread on my iPhone to order from there. Is it possible? I seem to get it on my phone but can't figure out where to order. I have the store address but am stuck. I have AT&T and Lumia 635. I don't have a Macintosh computer. Does that make a difference?
