I received the Product Information Guide and one Disc "Dell E193FP LCD Monitor User Documentation" with my computer. The info instructions do not match the user configuration, and the hardware engineer stated my unit must be corrupted. My computer works fine except for the active desktop, which is requesting "Reactivate Desktop". All the icons still work, but I cannot get the reactivation step to redo and clear the screen back to normal viewing. What should I do?
