I recently changed my phone number and bought a used Apple iPhone 11 from 10,000 Cells in Jacksonville, FL. The previous owner's information was not removed from the phone, and I cannot open any apps because I don't have their info to change their password. How can I remove the previous owner's information and regain access to my apps?
