I recently updated my subscription package with Comcast, but I still can’t access new stations like TMC and AMC+. I have the X1 Preferred Home Pro package, which includes a $10 monthly regional sports fee and an $18 monthly broadcast TV fee. I specifically asked for TMC to be included and was told it is. What should I do to resolve this issue?
