I replaced the CPU in a Dell Inspiron 5100 laptop, but now it powers up with no video output, doesn't seem to be functioning, and the keyboard lights indicate #1 stays on, #2 off, #3 flashing. I've tried reinstalling the original CPU, replacing the motherboard, video card, CPU cooling fan, and keyboard, but the issue persists. What could be causing this and what should I check next?
