I requested a refund back in July/Aug. 2017. I have called multiple times to (###) ###-#### and they have responded to the company and sent me an email saying that. The amount is $393.94 and in Canadian it is $391.97. I am very frustrated at not being able to talk to someone in charge of refunds quickly. Who did you pay this money to and what was it for? Please describe the situation from the beginning.

I often can't go online and receive the message 'DNS server not responding.' I'm trying to get internet service using 'Captain's wifi' and other providers. I live on a boat at anchor and connect the cable from my 'bullet' antenna. The lights on the 'Bullet' are all lit up, and the site shows good signal strength. I'm using Windows 8. What have I tried to resolve this issue?

I bought a Groupon deal online for a 2-person tour at American Honors Brewery in Hickory, NC for $22 between February and August 2017. I have lost all paperwork and cannot find it in my emails. How can I retrieve this Groupon or prove I have paid for it?
