I received a text from Amazon indicating that someone is attempting to use my account to make unauthorized purchases. I need to talk to a live person concerning the charges that are being used to make fraudulent charges using my personal bank account. My concern is about the $13.93 being charged back to my personal checking account.

My Lowrey Promenade organ has been flashing lights after turning on for about a year. I've tried checking connections, a suggested keyboard operation, and holding down the power button for 30-60 seconds after disconnecting the power for 5 minutes.
