I signed up for Skype on May 3, 2013, and paid $95.00 for a 2-year subscription. The username assigned did not work, and when I tried to recover my user ID via email, I was told I had to wait 24 hours. I tried again today and was told there is no record of my email address. I desperately need this set up working today. Additionally, I found no phone number for Skype support, and the need to pay again for help taints their reputation. What steps can I take to resolve this issue quickly?
