I have a Canon MG5750 printer. When I try to print, I get a message saying 'Another computer is using the printer,' but this is not true. The Windows troubleshooter finds no issues, and the printer prints immediately when run. The printer does not display any errors. I recently changed my computer, and I can't remember when I last updated the printer driver software. What should I do to resolve this issue?

For the last couple of months, I keep getting an error message 'An error occurred in processing an OLE API' when I reboot my computer or open a new file in WordPerfect X9.
