I sold my old phone with the number (###) ###-#### and the iCloud account juliabutler59@.* is still associated with it. I need to shut down this iCloud account because it's been hacked and is causing issues for the new owner of the phone. My new phone has a new iCloud address and number. How can I remove the old iCloud account from the sold phone?

I have a new television and need to access my Foxtel account. I think I have to log into Google Play to find the app for this but am having trouble logging in. I have had a Gmail account but don't use it anymore; I only use my Hotmail account. I had a Google verification number some time ago, but I'm not sure if that was the correct Google account. How can I resolve this issue to access my Foxtel account?
