When I try to open 'Add/Remove Programs' or other system tools in the Control Panel, it says 'C:\\WIDOWS\\systems32\\rundll32.exe Application not found.' My computer is a Dell Dimension 4700 from 2002, and I have the original installation discs. What should I do to fix this issue?

I just purchased a new Lenovo laptop with Windows 7 installed. I decided to install Mozilla Thunderbird to manage all my mail accounts, but I'm having difficulty getting my Ymail account to work. It seems to allow me to set it up, but Thunderbird asks for my Ymail password and doesn't accept it, even though it's correct. I can't send or receive emails from Ymail, but other accounts like Gmail, AOL, and Me work fine. Can you help?
