I think I got the Instagram phishing scam. I'm no longer able to access my Instagram account, and I'm confused about whether I should speak with you or someone else who sent me a temporary password. I contacted Instagram, and they told me to pay through JustAnswer to get my money back, but I'm not sure if you're associated with this.

My internet is not working at my home in Seffner, FL. I have a desktop PC and my router has no blinking lights. I checked for Wi-Fi networks on my phone and it says no internet is available. What can I do to fix this issue?

I can't send and receive emails on my Android phone (Vodafone model VFD 620). Emails seem to be sent but don't appear in my sent box, neither on my phone nor my PC. My husband can send and receive emails on his phone using the same Gmail account, and I suspect the account might be connected to his phone instead of mine. What can I do to resolve this issue?

My Hotmail account has been blocked. I usually access it on a laptop through msn.ca or via Outlook. I've tried using the recovery site, but the phone number I originally used is no longer available because I've moved. What should I do to recover my account?

When 'MATCH' is selected, why does it not reflect in the invoice that it has been paid? I usually choose 'MATCH' but this invoice says it has expired and does not show it has been paid.
