My husband has an iPhone that is about 6 years old. He does not remember the email or password used to set up the account. He thinks the email may be michaelcraine@byrdbrothers. He has not changed the password since setting up the phone and cannot get past the activation screen. How can we get past this?

I’m having a problem with my PVR where I’m unable to watch my recorded programs. I’ve tried unplugging the connections at the back of the PVR and the TV, but there’s no change. The issue started today when I tried to quickly start another recording before a deletion was completed, and now it’s stuck. What should I do to resolve this issue?

My 10-year-old Roku box died. I bought a Roku Express box and installed it, but I lost my password. Roku activation couldn't accept my email address, claiming it was incompatible. I need help setting it up. Are you logged into your email account on any other devices? Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password? It was set up on my wife's email account.
